FinOps Fusion was started by Anthoney & Iffa, two individuals who challenged the status quo of traditional accountants by partnering with operations and focusing on automation. Combined they have over 25 years experience with an ACCA and ICB background.
FinOps Fusion was created as a reflection of the new demand of hybrid accountants that have greater involvement and interaction across the business with processes and systems.
After working many years in both industry and practice we realised start-ups and SMEs lacked sufficient finance support. They either received the expertise but were stuck with old, rigid processes that weren’t scalable. Or had modern ecosystems that weren't working because they lacked flexibility and the expertise.
And so, we tasked ourselves to develop an affordable multifaceted finance function with the agility and expertise to support start-ups and SMEs. Here at FinOps Fusion we provide the right combination of know-how with scalable processes and systems to elevate growth.
